highland sign design policy

payment

All clients must make payment before any work begins on an order. You will receive an invoice shortly after consultation.

The only exception to this will be subsequent “on site” jobs. These will be calculated at an hourly rate along with any applicable upcharges and will be due promptly after work is completed. This allows us to ensure your signage is put up appropriately.

Please feel free to request an estimate for any on-site jobs.

All credit card transactions come with a 3% fee.

on-site work

On-site work refers to any order that will require us to come to your location. This includes placing signage up, taking any old signage down, and anything else we may need to do to ensure you are satisfied with your new branding.

Fees included in any on-site work include the following:

  • Hourly work rate ($50.00/Hour)

  • Travel fee

    • Within Elkford: Free

    • Outside of Elkford: 0.75c/KM (This will account for travelling to and from your location)

adjustments

Before production, you will receive proof of design that will allow you to make any necessary changes to it. Any changes after the fact will incur a $50.00 charge.

Timeline

Depending on the size and complexity of the job along with any present jobs, durations may vary. Our minimum expectation of you receiving your order is two weeks.

Throughout this time, we will update you as we process your order.

Rush orders

For standard orders and on-site ones, we charge a 15% rush fee on any short notice requests.

cancellations

All orders will receive an estimate of price before their subsequent invoice. Because of the nature of our work, these funds predominantly will be going back into your order to create it. Because of this, our policy is as follows:

  • Cancellations made up until midway through production will come with a 65% refund. This means you, the client, will receive 65% of the amount you paid.

  • Cancellations made after production is completed will have no refund.
